Landscaping
Plants and trees arriving mid week for work to start on tree planting and landscaping of area of open space on Sunningdale Road and remaining tree planting across Kingsland Gate.
Drainage
Work continues this week to deal with a partially blocked drain located in the open space at the top of the hammerhead of The Fairway (at the back of Kingsland Gate). This work will address the partial blockage and ensure that it does not become a future problem for residents. Work should not inconvenience residents given its location, but the area will be fenced off for health and safety purposes and residents will see machinery being used in that area.
