Remedial and snagging drainage works on lower part of The Fairway and part of St Andrews Place
Work continues this week on the 4th and final phase of the remedial and snagging drainage works - focusing on the lower part of The Fairway and a small section of St Andrews Place (see plan below). Whilst we had hoped to be completed by now unfortunately work has over run. Every endeavour is being made to get this work completed as soon as possible. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

Open Space & Play Area
Work continues this week importing top soil and completing the preparation work for the landscapers. We anticipate that all top soil work should be completed by the end of this week.
As part of work on the open space, Trinity are looking to regrade the area along the edge of the open space by Wentworth Road (they are aware that some areas are higher than they need to be). Essentially they will be clearing an area about the width of a footpath next to the kerb and then gently ramping up to the open space to create a better connection between the two areas. As part of this work large stones and debris will be removed. After this, seeding of the area and completion of the playground will take place.
Work on the play area is approximately 90% complete and the plan below shows the play equipment that is being installed.
