The Fairway
Work starts this week on breaking out the temporary concrete road repairs on The Fairway and replacing them with tarmac, with a view to achieving a more robust/sustainable finish. Whilst we anticipate that The Fairway will require resurfacing, these measures should in the interim provide a better and more durable road surface. This work should take 1-2 weeks.
Landscaping
A landscaping audit will be taking place this week to look at all the landscaping works undertaken at Kingsland Gate. This audit is designed to flag up any areas that require attention and for these to then get addressed.
